Refund Policy

Direct Studio operates on a per-project payment model. Once a project payment is made, it is final and non-refundable. This policy is in place because you receive immediate access to all features and can begin creating and exporting your video content instantly upon payment.

Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:

• •Digital Product: Direct Studio is a digital service with instant delivery and immediate access to all features
• •Per-Project Model: Each payment unlocks full access for a specific project, not a time-based subscription
• •Immediate Value: You can create, edit, and export unlimited content for your project immediately after payment
• •No Watermarks: All exports are watermark-free and fully usable from the moment of purchase
• •Resource Allocation: Computing resources and AI processing are allocated immediately upon purchase

We may consider refunds only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• •Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
• •Complete Service Failure: The service is completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days
• •Technical Impossibility: Proven technical issues that make the service completely unusable on your system despite our support efforts

Note: These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require documentation. Approval is not guaranteed.

When you pay for a Direct Studio project, you receive:

• •Full quality video exports up to 4K resolution
• •Shareable links for your project
• •All current and future features for that specific project

These benefits are available immediately and permanently for your paid project.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company:

• •Contact our support team at support@directstudio.io to resolve any issues
• •Provide your order number and a description of the problem
• •Allow 48 hours for our team to investigate and respond
• •Understand that chargebacks may result in account suspension
• •Note that disputed accounts cannot create new projects until resolved

While we don't offer refunds, we provide the following alternatives:

• •Technical Support: Free assistance to resolve any issues you encounter
• •Feature Requests: We consider all feedback for future updates
• •Account Credits: In rare cases, we may offer credits for future projects
• •Extended Access: For technical issues, we may extend your project access
• •Priority Support: Paid users receive priority technical support

For customers in the European Union:

• •Digital content is excluded from the 14-day cooling-off period once download/access begins
• •By purchasing, you acknowledge immediate access and waive cooling-off rights
• •Consumer protection laws regarding defective digital content still apply

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will apply to future purchases only. Your purchase is governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of your transaction.
